Les-B Day is a day of fun dedicated to same gender loving women in the Triangle area. Below are the times of each event 1:00-2:00 “Thank You for Being a LEZ: Golden Girls Cheesecake and Sicilian Mingle.” Come join us for LGBT themed episodes of Golden Girls and test your knowledge of the Golden Girls with the Golden Girls Trivia following the fun filled episodes. 2:00-3:00- “L-E-Z-B-Y”. (otherwise known as Lesbian Bingo). Bingo with a gay twist! Prizes will be awarded! Everyone who enters to play will receive a “L-E-Z-B-Y” card. Additional cards (with a maximum of four cards) are available upon request. 3:00-4:15- “That’s My Lesbian Trivia Bonanza” 4:30-6:00- “It’s not ME...it’s YOU! Lesbian Relationship Open Discussion Forum.” This discussion serves as sounding board for romantically frustrated lesbians. Whether you are single, playing the field, or a coupled lesbian, this forum seeks to explore how to initiate, discern, and maintain a healthy relationship. With a panel of long term lesbian couples , collectively we will be attempt to distinguish the “do’s” from the “don’ts” in a supportive and encouraging environment. Refreshments will be provided but judgments will be denied! Donations are gladly accepted and ALL proceeds will be donated to non-profit, local, LGBT community organizations!

We’ll have performances by the United House of Prayer Shout Band , Johnson C. Smith University Choir, and other performers to be announced. We’ll also be joined by special guests including North Carolina State Senator Dan Clodfelter, Former Charlotte-Mecklenburg School Board Chair Arthur Griffin, North Carolina State Representative Kelly Alexander, Former Charlotte City Council Member Nancy Carter and others.
