We will have a group page online which each participant will have a profile and can include Before and After Pics, meal tracker, fitness chart, body type test, weight tracker, and a forum to discuss and share healthy snacks, recipes, meal plans, and exercise..
This is a FREE PROGRAM.. HOWEVER, I'm adding an OPTIONAL incentive for those who need the extra push.. $10.00 at time of sign up and $5.00 each week.
