Please come out and support the *Revised University City Area Plan (UCAP). UCAP will not only benefit University City and UNCC; it will also have a far reaching positive impact that will ripple throughout Metro Charlotte. Additionally, urging city council to rezone the areas that surround the Lynx Blue Line stations for Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) will lay the groundwork for effective mixed-use revitalization projects to improve and reshape University City.
