Being given the option of either aborting the baby to receive chemotherapy or going through the pregnancy with cancer, she chose to have the child and receive treatment after birth. Today, she is able to witness the joy of a beautiful child while simultaneously celebrating a cancer-free life. Stories like these and many that I have heard from countless others shed light upon the need for unification in fighting toward a cure and lightening the load of those seeking to receive the best of care during treatment.

The platform to end the stereotypes, judgments, and biased classifications mainstream society has imposed on the dominant lesbian lifestyle. A butch can be your friend, your boss, your mother, your sister, your daughter, your colleague, or just a member of your community. Butch is not a disease or something to fear, butch is human with feelings and rights. The What is Butch? Campaign is focused on educating, liberating, and redirecting the minds of those caught is misconceptions of the unknown. These women struggle everyday to fight oppressions; suicide, unemployment, discrimination, homelessness, internal warfare, depression, and unhappiness. We as a community need to stand together and make another movement on equality and justice because it is the RIGHT thing to do!

The Fashion Show Goal (State-to-State Tour)

The mission of this event is to showcase fashion and lifestyles of dominant Lesbians. This segment of the LGBT market is ever increasing yet still is untapped in the fashion, retail, and lifestyle industry.
