Metro CrossFit is hosting our third annual throwdown and this year's event will raise money and collect school supplies for Classroom Central. 

Registration fee is $20 of school supplies or a $20 check made payable to Classroom Central. 

Heats begin at 9 a.m. Sign up for your desired time slot for the first workout (metcon) by following the link below. The second workout (clean ladder) will begin after all heats are finished from the first event.

Food will be available for purchase and kegs will be provided.
