This is a non professional group of people who are willing to commit to h...ard work and discipline in order to achieve a personal fitness goal..

The Group will meet once per week at a local city park for the weekly group challenge and activities. At which time we will assign buddies/ partners, meal plan, fitness guide to help along your journey to a healthier lifestyle, and keep you motivated. We will have a group page online which each participant will have a profile and can include Before and After Pics, meal tracker, fitness chart, body type test, weight tracker, and a forum to discuss and share healthy snacks, recipes, meal plans, and exercise..

This is a FREE PROGRAM.. HOWEVER, I'm adding an OPTIONAL incentive for those who need the extra push.. $10.00 at time of sign up and $5.00 each week. That gives a total of 65.00 over a 90 day period.. $50.00 of your money will go into the Pot and will be AWARDED to the BIGGEST LOSER in the group or the team that has the largest percent of body fat loss at the end of 90 days.. Of The other $15.00 will be used to pay for our T-Shirts, Donations to Professional Trainers, and The 90th Day Celebration HEALTHY COOK OUT!!!!

Closing ceremonies for the Festival begin shortly thereafter at 7:00PM.
