Prism is a collaborative group, formed by Time Out Youth and the LGBT Community Center of Charlotte, for LGBTQ adults ages 18-25. 

Every Monday night at The LGBT Community Center of Charlotte you can join Prism , our discussion group for our LGBTQ and straight allies age 18-25!

The Center opens at 5p.m. and members are encouraged to come early and hang out before the discussion group. Discussion runs from 6 until 7:30.

Topics will range from open discussions, speaker series, specific discussion topics and activism and advocacy planning.

Revitalize, strengthen and connect with your innerself in an envoirnment that is accepting of your sexuality. 

These sessions enable gay men to come together to practice yoga in an atmosphere that is friendly, non-competitive and safe. 

Sessions are lead by John Magers, an ACE certified personal trainer, ACE certified Group Exercise Instructor, and YogaFit certified yoga instructor.

Clothing Suggestion: Wear clothing that does allows free and flexible movement. Shorts or loose sweatpants and a t-shirt are suitable.

Please bring a towel.
