Born and raised in Los Angeles, LONDON BROWN is one of LA's hottest UP and coming comedians. In his first two years as a comedian, LONDON BROWN hit some of the most legendary stages. Those stages include the Improv, The Laugh Factory, The Comedy Store, and Gotham Comedy Club. He was also the winner of the first ever Robin Harris Rising Star award as well as Best International Comedian for 2013 Black Comedy awards in the UK. He has shared stages with Katt Williams, Tony Rock and Kevin Hart.

WE all know GIA as a FLIGHT Founder & Family member to the core who uses the art of Spoken Word to help bring clarity & enlightenment to those in need most infusing melodic vocals when inspired to do so always coming further & further into her own LIGHT & TRUTH for the masses or another way of putting it would be in her own words "My Father wont be the only reason you remember my name"..... It's about to get HOT & go all the way UP at the same time as GIA will be sharing something very new with all of US so come prepared!!!!

*MARK MINOR:
Originally from Akron-Ohio; Mark Minor has spent more than the last decade of his life living in Los Angeles dedicated to becoming a better Musician, Friend & Man as a whole and some would argue that is exactly what he has become as *SOUND HEALER OF THE EARTH*!!! MARK creatively & skillfully intertwines the positive intentions of his SPIRIT into each note played or sung depending on the moment, one thing for sure though is none of US have ever felt the same afterward experiencin his live performances during his IMPROMPTU Concerts & only for the better!!!
*MARS GANA:
Born and raised in Sacramento, California, Mars first discovered her passion for performing when she was unexpectedly put into a situation where she would have to play her high school’s talent show by herself, as opposed to being in a duet. Taking 3rd place had only inspired her to go for the gold the following year. She placed 1st in the following two years of her high school career which led to taking 1st in the Sacramento County Talent Show. Hundreds of performances later, Mars has acquired divine comfort on stage and has successfully performed at and packed a number of prestigious venues across the United States such as the Times Square Arts Center, the Grammy Museum, the House of Blues and the California State Fair, just to name a few. She is also a frequent busker, entertaining the passerby of San Francisco and Santa Monica’s Third Street Promenade.

The List will be open at 8:30pm & be closed at 10:30pm or until list is full for this Special event which is sure to reach maximum capacity quickly so PLEASE come ready to FLY early!!!!
PERFORMANCE GUIDELINES:
A. List signUP opens at the same time as the doors @8:30pm, performances begin @9:15pm.
B. No PROFANITY!!!!
C. Each list participant is allowed to perform 1 piece within 3 min.
D. Each list participant may play their own instrument or may request the assistance of the Flight School Band in any configuration desired(WE are here to help all of US fly higher!)
E. Have your instrument tuned before you get on stage if you will be playing one during your turn to perform.

WE ask that ALL in attendance "Respect the Mic" or in other words PLEASE be considerate of others while they are performing by not having overly loud side conversations or cell phone activity that may distract the audience or performer on stage which can easily be conducted outside via a short walk out the rear door where people are not performing & attempting to grow as Artists!

The LA Turner Center is more than just OUR new 200-Seat* venue that hosts Special Flight School Open Mic events once a month, it doubles as a very classy & elegant environment to enjoy a myriad of American & Italian Cuisine including some VEGAN specialties prepared by CHEF JAZZY to help elevate OUR palettes while satisfying OUR appetites!!!
