After doing concerts in the Charlotte area for 9+ years, The Sol Kitchen has decided to do their very first "Music Festival". It's entitled "I Am Music Fest 2012". This year's festival will be held at Belk Theater and headlining will be Grammy Award Winning Singer/Songwriter India Arie. Other artists will be named in the upcoming weeks. India Arie hasn't been to Charlotte in 3 years and we wanted someone who appeals to everyone to headline the first festival. Our goal is to introduce new & upcoming artists 

as well as artists who have been out of the limelight for a while. Being that this is the first one, we will bring 3 to 4 artists and rest assured, you will enjoy the artists that we are bringing.
