  Rainbow Village is a transitional housing community for homeless families with children. Most of the heads of household at Rainbow Village are women who have fled lives full of domestic violence and poverty.

Rainbow Village residents aren’t merely seeking a safe place to live. They are seeking the opportunity to craft a new life for themselves and their children that is full of love, faith and promise.

Remember when we went to school. Most of us had our backpacks, school supplies, maybe a new do and new clothes

It was exciting to start a new year!

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

to provide children's activities

(example: arts & crafts, facepainting etc)

beauticians & barbers

to provide free haircuts & hairstyles

to provide dinner

to donate backpacks/ school supplies such as pencils, pens, notebook paper, crayons, glue, kid friendly scissors, 3-ring binders, folders, etc.

You can sponsor a child with a backpack filled with all the school supplies or just buy a pack of pencils or notebook paper. Every donation helps.

  The items can be brought to the event or collected by one of our volunteers or dropped off at my home in Norcross, GA
  This is going to be fun event
